Ingrid Jefferson – Timaru, New Zealand
My aim is to help others to take responsibility for their health.
Perhaps you do not realise your own power to make life feel better. Working closely with a health coach gives you the knowledge and reassurance to take control.
Together we will systematically identify the physical factors, lifestyle habits and thinking patterns that are limiting your health, and I will provide solid support as you make the adjustments that will bring about improvement.
The Truly Heal framework is a thorough, methodical system to identify and resolve the root causes of health challenges, and it is a whole person approach. Your life experience and choices are unique, so the changes needed to maximise your wellbeing will be completely individual.
You will benefit from the quiet and peaceful ambience of my country practice set amongst gardens and trees, and you can observe first-hand a healthier way of living.
I believe in walking the talk and will inspire you to take charge of your situation.
I am above all a practical person and can impart skills and experience in many aspects of health, including:
- nutrition and preparing nutrient-dense foods
- growing food without toxic chemicals for maximum vitality and nutrition
- calming the mind and reducing stress
- simplifying life.
I have an Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Science from Health Schools Australia (2004). I have had a nutrition consultancy and for a number of years was a director of an organic food shop in Timaru.
I founded the South Canterbury chapter of the Weston A Price Foundation – an organisation whose purpose is to disseminate the research of nutrition pioneer Dr Price on the optimum characteristics of human diets.
I have worked as a volunteer at the BriLin Support Centre in Timaru, which offers support and natural treatment options to people facing serious health problems.
I look forward to meeting you and working with you.
