How to protect yourself from the Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) outbreak

In light of recent media attention surrounding the coronavirus outbreak, everyone is becoming increasingly concerned with infection and safety for their family and loved ones. In this blog post we will discuss how you can build and maintain a strong immune system.

What is the coronavirus?

The coronavirus is a common virus that can cause upper respiratory tract infections in your throat, nose or sinuses. There are a few different coronaviruses which don’t pose a danger to humans if treated correctly, but the 2019 coronavirus has led to almost over 1000 deaths since first emerging a few months ago.

How does the coronavirus spread?

The coronavirus spreads through the air by coughing and sneezing, just like other respiratory infections. Similarly, it can also be transmitted through contact with objects that an infected person has come in contact with, like a door knob or hand rail.

What are the symptoms of the coronavirus?

The symptoms of the coronavirus include coughing, a runny nose, sore throat and a fever. These aren’t unique symptoms and common with many other non-threatening illnesses. If you have been in contact with an individual from China, you should go see a doctor.

How long does it take for the coronavirus to show symptoms after exposure?

It has been mentioned that it can take anywhere between 2 and 14 days for symptoms to arise.

How can you prevent catching and spreading coronavirus?

Advice from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) say that you can avoid catching the coronavirus by following general prevention tips. This includes correct hand washing procedures, covering your mouth (especially when coughing and sneezing) and staying away from sick people.

There are still many unknowns about the coronavirus, but instead of going into more facts and statistics, let’s get PRACTICAL! It is very important to maximize our bodies antioxidant capacity and support the immune system to minimize and prevent viral attacks!

What can we do to support our immune system from the virus?

Here are our first aid kit necessities!

  • Ozone activates the citric acid cycle, stimulating production of ATP (which is energy).
  • Ozone leads to an increase in the amount of oxygen released to the tissues, resulting in improved circulation.
  • Ozone therapy activates Nrf2 pathway (is the master regulator of the cellular antioxidant response)

To prevent and protect the body from a coronavirus infection at home with ozone it is administered via rectal insufflation, ozone water and sinus insufflations.

Ozone and Ozonites destroy viruses by diffusing through the protein coat into the nucleic acid core, resulting in damage of the viral RNA.       But let's start with the facts: this is NOT the Coronavirus. This is what “they” (the controlling media and government) are saying, and it's all a big cover-up to what is REALLY going on. Yes, there's a virus, but it's NOT the Coronavirus with a 2% mortality. They do not close-down the entire country of China for this!
      We appreciate all your products but if you're going to do something on the actual virus, do the research and connect the dots and educate your clients on what is going on, not just a copy of the parrot-verbatim story of the control system matrix.

        1. Hi, I just received a book written by Dean Koontz it is called “The Eyes of Darkness” and it is a scary account of the Chinese and this so called Corona Virus that they manufactured, and this book was written before the virus was ever recorded

        With every recharge you increase energy of your cells which means they can protect themselves against viral infections. Don’t forget to supplement as outlined in the article.
        You also increase the cellular oxygen levels which boosts white blood cell activity and cell protection. Do your breathing exercises while using PEMF. If you have oxygen from ozone then use the nasal canula to breathe oxygen. You can also do a rectal insufflation to increase oxygen levels.
